Shipping and Return Procedure
In the unlikely event that you are not happy with the product that you purchased, you can request a return and refund by contacting us via email at email@example.com. We will provide you with the return shipping address. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. In order to approve and process your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot approve your request.
Once your returned item is received, inspected and approved by our team, a refund will be processed and a credit will be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within five (5) business days. You will be responsible for paying the return shipping cost. We only refund you for the purchase price and original shipping cost.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted or a request for a refund is denied:
– Any item not in its original condition, any item damaged or with parts missing for reasons not due to our error.
– Any item that is returned later than 30 days after the purchase date.
Damaged or Defective Items
