Where do you ship to?
We currently only ship within the United States.
How will my order be shipped?
All orders that are more than 1 lb. in weight will ship by UPS Ground. Orders that are less than 1 lb. in weight will ship by USPS first class.
How long will it take to ship my order?
If the product is in stock and the order is received before mid-day (EST) on Monday thru Friday will ship the same day (except on Holidays). All orders received after mid-day (EST) will be shipped the next business day.
What should I do if I receive my order damaged or defective?
In the event you receive your order in damaged or defective condition, please contact us within five (5) business days after receipt of your order via email at support@swetathletix.com. We will then make arrangements to send you a replacement as soon as possible.
Do you test products on animals?
No, our products are not tested on animals, they are 100% cruelty free.
